Welcome

Welcome to the website of First United Methodist Church of Granite Falls, NC. Granite Falls is a small town with a vibrant community

located near the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains. In most small town like ours,

it is often both what you know and who you know that truly matters.

At First Church, the "who" we most want to know is is our God of Grace and all the people just like you that the Lord has been sending our way since 1861. The people of First Church work hard at fulfilling our goal of being a Christ-centered fellowship that is known by

our open hearts, open minds and open doors.

I personally welcome you to participate in any activity or group that you see described on this site. We look forward to

opening our hearts, our minds and our doors to you.
